Inter Milan officially announced that Nikée Dajana van Dijk joined the team. The Dutch female footballer, born in 2003, signed with the Blue and Black Club until June 30, 2028.
After joining, Van Dijk was interviewed by Inter TV. She told the new fans: "I am really excited to come here. I am very proud to be a player of Inter Milan. I can't wait to put on this jersey and go on the court."
What does this opportunity mean to you?
"This is a huge opportunity for me, a wonderful and ambitious club, and so is me. I want to win the trophy here and become an important part of the team."
What do you think of Serie A? How excited are you to enter this league?
"I am really excited. I think the Serie A is different from the Dutch League. I think my characteristics are very suitable for the Italian game style, and I will grow a lot here."
How do you describe your game style?
"I will define my style with vitality. I am fast and like to run and occupy the space behind the opponent's defense line; I also like to find opportunities to score goals, and always try to find the fastest path to complete the goal."
