Messi was interviewed by NBC Sports and talked about the situations he encounters when playing football as he gets older.
Messi said: Obviously, as you grow older, you will lose some of the things you had when you were young. Things like speed, reaction time, or the ability to see the game and make decisions faster.
Sometimes your mind is faster than your legs. But I think I've been working hard to overcome these difficulties and try to stay in the best shape possible, maximize my physical ability and playing level, and adapt to the new environment.
