After the sale of Special O, AC Milan hopes to sign a replacement left-back. According to Pedula's official website, the Ross and Blacks are now increasingly confident in signing Brighton left-back Esturpinian.
Estupinian is no stranger to Italy: in 2016 he transferred to Udinese, although he was loaned to Granada three days later. Brighton currently priced at him is 25 million euros plus a certain amount of floating, and AC Milan hopes to trade at a price slightly below this number.
Estupinian is 27 years old and has joined Udinese and Watford but has not played in the game. He has played for La Liga teams such as Mallorca, Osasuna, and Almeria on loan. He then joined Villarreal in 2020 and helped the team win the UEFA Cup and reach the Champions League semi-finals. He returned to the Premier League in 2022 and joined Brighton for 18 million euros. He currently plays 104 times for Brighton, scoring 5 goals and 14 assists.
