Former Barcelona youth training coach Pimientta talked about Araujo in an interview.
Pimionta said: "Araujo turned 19 when he first arrived at Barcelona. He was in good health, but he was not like the traditional defender of our club - there were certain shortcomings in technical and tactical aspects. Araujo was unable to play for a while at the beginning, and we often practiced with him and helped him improve his level by watching videos and analyzing."
"After about two years of hard training, Araujo got the opportunity to play for Barcelona's first team. He has now become one of the captains of Barcelona. As the Barcelona echelon coach, we are very proud to help Barcelona train players like Araujo."
