According to the British media Daily Telegraph, Arsenal is working hard to complete the signing of Moscarat from Valencia and successfully negotiated a lower price.
Valencia originally hoped to complete the transaction for 17 million pounds (about 20 million euros), but Arsenal successfully bargained during the negotiations.
The final details of the deal are currently under discussion, but North London expects Moscra to be confirmed as an Arsenal player this week.
Previously, according to the "HWG" report of transfer expert Romano, Moscarra will join Arsenal, with the basic transfer fee of only 15 million euros, and with additional terms, the total price will not exceed 20 million euros.
