According to Italian journalist Romano, Naples midfielder Cayuster is about to join Ipswich, and the deal has already gone here.
Cayuster is 25 years old. He was loaned to Ipswich by Naples last season and returned from loan this summer.
Now Cayust will join Ipswich again, with a loan fee of 2 million euros, including an upgraded mandatory buyout clause of 7.5 million euros.
If the mandatory buyout clause is activated, Kayust will sign with Ipswich until June 2029.
