Inter Milan officially confirmed that the team's 32-year-old goalkeeper Di Gennaro underwent surgery on his right wrist.
Di Gennaro fractured the scaphoid of his right wrist during training. Inter Milan issued an announcement confirming that Di Gennaro underwent surgery to fix the scaphoid of his right wrist this morning. The operation was successful. The player will rest for a period of time and start the rehabilitation process in the next few weeks.
Di Gennaro was born in Inter Milan’s youth training and will return to the Nerazzurri without a visa in 2023.
