On Wednesday local time, the Polish Football Association officially announced that Jan Urban became the new head coach of the national team.
The Polish Football Association official said that 63-year-old Jan Urban was appointed as the new head coach of the Polish national team and he has signed with the Football Association. Urban will attend the inauguration press conference at 12:00 on Thursday, July 17.
During his time as a player, Urban played for the Polish national team and scored 7 goals in total. After becoming a coach, he coached many Polish teams and led the team to win domestic leagues, cups and Super Cups many times. From 2008 to 2009, he served as his assistant while coaching the Polish national team at Benhack.
