According to Sky Sports reports, De Bruyne underwent surgery in Antwerp, Belgium, and is expected to be out for 3-4 months.
De Bruyne suffered a severe injury to his biceps femoris in a previous game against Inter Milan. The player's personal physiotherapist said the operation went very smoothly, but Naples has not yet released an official announcement.
