Do you think this Roma is more like your team?

I don't know, I try to do my best every day, and I'm more confident as time goes by. I'm very happy and hope to do a great job after the start of the new season. We have to keep moving forward, we are working hard. I love Coach Gasperini and hope we're going well.

What aspects of coaching do you like?

The way he wants to play, he always wants to attack from the backcourt or pass the ball between the opponent's defense. Of course, we do this when we need a long pass. I really like this style and hope to achieve good results in the league.

You now have more playing time and more touches, which is more beneficial to the team. This is the coach's idea. He hopes to bring the forward closer to the opponent's penalty area. I like this style of playing very much and hope to continue playing like this. We want to start the season in the best way.

What surprised you the most? What special requirements does he have for you?

In the past, I was closer to the side road, and he asked me to go to the middle road more. I think it feels good, and although I didn't think it would be like this at first, I always get the ball. Gasperini asked us to think about moving forward immediately after we regain the ball.

You scored again in this game. Can you score more goals?

I hope so. Now I'm closer to the penalty area and I hope I can score more goals.

How much has you grown in the past year in Rome?

I train hard every day, I hope I can make greater progress, I know that I still have many aspects to improve, and I am working hard for it. Since the end of last year, I have gained more confidence under coach Ranieri. And now with coach Gasperini, I can grow further.

What is the difference between Yulic and Gasperini's requirements for you?

is somewhat similar, but not exactly the same. Yuric’s requirements were more specific in some respects, and Gasperini gave me more freedom to attack the third division in the frontcourt, allowing me to show myself as much as possible. We also have to always try to move forward, not backwards, which makes me happy.

Can you surpass your goals in Frosino in the 2023-24 season (11 goals in Serie A)?

Everyone wants to do the best, not just me. Hopefully we all succeed.

What advice do you want to give to new players in Rome?

We always hope that everything goes well, but they need to understand that things may or may not go well. We have to stay calm because now everything has changed and there is a new coach. We feel better every week, and that's the right path. We have to get a good start in the new season, and we can't win the first round of Serie A like last season.
