Desky: Brentford offers £45 million to buy Bayer, but Dortmund refuses

According to German Sky Sports, Brentford made a offer to buy Bayer, but was rejected by Dortmund.
Brentford has been chasing Bayer recently, and they offered a £45 million offer with additional terms, but Dortmund refused.
Byer himself does not want to join Brentford, and Dortmund is unwilling to sell the players at that price.
