The Western media "World Sports News" reported that the construction of the side stands of the Camp Nou Stadium has made progress, and the construction of the third-level stands has continued to advance in the past few days.

Limaco started construction of the third-level stands of the Camp Nou Stadium ten days ago. Significant progress has been made in the side stands area, which is the first part of this phase of the project to start. The ground floor foundation has been completed and will be where the seats will be installed in the future. In addition, some blocks are fully built and have reached the height of the future highest point of the stadium. Above this only the dome structure will remain.

The completion stage of the side stands is expected to take several days. If the plan remains unchanged, the third floor of the north stand area will be built one after another, and then the work on the south stand and rostrum area will continue.

Barcelona is still waiting for the city government to issue a Class 1A license, which will allow the stadium to open with a capacity of approximately 27,000 people. However, the club has announced that it will wait to obtain a Class 1B license, by which time the capacity can be directly increased to approximately 45,000 people. The club is optimistic that once the first tier is granted, it is only a matter of time before the second tier is obtained.

It is currently confirmed that Barcelona’s next two home games against Girona and Olympiakos will be played at the Olympic Stadium in Montjuic. During November, Barcelona will face Elche, Biba and Alaves at home. The match against Alaves will be played on the last weekend of the month, which coincides with the club's 126th anniversary.
