British media: Leipzig intends to introduce Hoylen, but the players clearly inform Manchester United that they are unwilling to join Leipzig

According to talkSPORT, Hoylen told Manchester United that he did not want to join Leipzig.
As Manchester United pursued Sesco, Leipzig became interested in Hoylen. Earlier this week, Manchester United had sent representatives to Germany to start preliminary transfer negotiations with Leipzig on Sesco. Cesco is one of the popular players in the European transfer market this summer. Arsenal had previously intended to introduce it, but Leipzig insisted on asking price of more than 80 million euros and finally gave up the deal.
Currently, in addition to Manchester United, Newcastle has also joined the battle for Sesco. It is reported that Newcastle has submitted a quotation of 75 million euros (about 65 million pounds) plus 5 million euros additional terms.
Cesco himself prefers to transfer to Manchester United rather than Newcastle. Another option to promote the progress of Manchester United's transaction is to exchange Sesco with Hoylen. Considering the restrictions of the Premier League Profit and Sustainable Development Rules (PSR), such exchange transactions will also help Manchester United's finances.
But the plan is currently facing a key resistance, that is, Hoylen has made it clear that he does not want to leave Manchester United.
