Frank: Bill is both offense and defense and he can bring us ball holding, organization and shooting

Speaking of new player Bill, Frank said: "As you know, Bill is a talented player with both offense and defense. He is a scorer who can score in three areas (basketball, mid-range, outside the three-point line) and can create offensive opportunities for himself and his teammates.
