Recently, Suns boss Ishbiya was interviewed and talked about his team-building goals.
Ishbiya said: "We have young players in the rising stage, not in the decline stage. We have players who want to stay here and truly agree with the Suns culture. When I first bought the team, maybe I didn't define this culture clearly enough, which I can accept criticism, but now our culture is very clearly defined."
